Robotic system for palletising and depalletising products (ID7)
Innovative and sustainable technologies have enabled a Danish company to de-palletise and palletise products on demand, without a warehouse.
By collaboratively developing cutting-edge 3D sensor technology that enables robots to ‘see’, the company has been able to reduce night shifts and their adverse effects on workers’ health. In some cases, the robot- solution has cut cycle times in half and fully automated previously manual labours.
The majority of the remaining manual work consists of monitoring the AI-based system and problem-solving in the case of errors.
