Ensuring a human-centred digitalisation in Slovenian workplaces
Digitalisation is reshaping the landscape of work and impacting its location, timing and methods.
On 14 November, our Slovenian focal point Ministrstvo za delo, družino, socialne zadeve in enake možnosti will shine a spotlight on the influence of digital technologies on safety and health at work as a part of our Healthy Workplaces Campaign ‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’.
Attendees will explore campaign resources and cover the importance of employing digital technologies to support, rather than replace, human decision-making and worker engagement. Speakers will highlight the importance of safeguarding safety and health considerations during the planning phase to maximise benefits while mitigating potential risks.
Insights will also be shared on the promotion of digital literacy among both workers and employers to ensure a harmonious and productive digital work environment.
